It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of Her Majesty the Queen. Our condolences go to the Royal Family and to the people of the entire Commonwealth. Our thoughts are with her family and everyone whose lives were touched by HM The Queen.
Today, form tutors shared a simple presentation about The Queen and the new King in form time. Staff and students across the school and Sixth Form held a one minute silence at 9am. Boarding students will be attending memorial services at Heversham church.
In line with our school value of compassion, we will support one another through what will be a difficult time for so many in our school community. Should any students feel they need to speak to anyone in relation to feelings of bereavement, our pastoral team are here to help.
