Year 8 students on the Battlefields trip will visit the sites of the battlegrounds of the Great War.
The trip will include exploring the Ypres and Somme regions of Belgium and Albert region of France, taking in the sights commemorating the First World War, including Tyne Cot cemetery, Hill 60, the Menin Gate, Thiepval memorial and Vimy Ridge. The trip will also include visits to the Hooge Crater Museum, the German Cemetery at Langemark and Vancouver Corner.
