I would like to take this opportunity to welcome new and continuing students to Dallam Sixth Form. I am delighted they have chosen to be with us through their time in post-16 education.
My name is Abbie Wilcock and I am a new member of the Senior Leadership Team at Dallam School this year. In my role as Assistant Headteacher I have responsibility as the Head of Sixth Form. I have worked in secondary state education for twelve years, leading whole school initiatives, teaching and leading Mathematics departments whilst continually holding a key position as a Sixth Form tutor.
I am passionate about post-16 education and supporting students through this important time in their lives. I will strive to support them academically, pastorally and to help them achieve their desired goals and destinations with the utmost care and kindness.
The Sixth Form team comprises of a welcoming and knowledgeable team of staff who all share the same passion for supporting students through post-16 education.
I look forward to talking and meeting you all throughout your child’s time in our Sixth Form community.
