A nationally recognised badge of excellence has been awarded to our PE department. The team has been credited with the Youth Sport Trust Quality Mark – Bronze level. The award highlights the strength and quality of the work our team does in delivering both curricular and extra-curricular sport. It also demonstrates the value the school places on its provision and commitment to providing a high-quality physical education, school sport and physical activity offer for all our students.
I’m really pleased that the faculty has been awarded the Bronze Quality Mark. Dallam has a dedicated team of PE teachers who work hard to give students opportunities to improve not only their physical capabilities but also their health, wellbeing, character and employability. The YST Quality Mark allows us to celebrate what we do well, but also gives us clear steps on how we can improve towards the Silver award, hopefully next year. – Mr Robinson, Head of PE
