We welcome you and your child to come to the Options Evening on 27 Jan.
This is a great opportunity to speak to faculty teachers to find out more about the course content and which study and career paths your subject choices could to take you on.
In light of the current COVID situation we have decided not to hold any talks and we have split the evening into two sessions to minimise the number of people gathering.
Session 1 – 4:30 – 5:50pm: Tutor Groups – 9B, 9D, 9G, 9W.
Session 2 – 6:10 – 7:30pm: Tutor Groups 9K, 9L, 9R
Please arrive in the allocated slot. Of course, this will not be convenient for all so if you wish to change the arrangement, please do so ahead of the evening by emailing j.fuller@dallamschool.co.uk so that our greeters can make you welcome. A bell will be rung at 17.50 and we will ask the session 1 participants to leave the building in time for the second group.
It would be preferable if only one parent/carer could attend with their child and that no siblings attend. We politely ask if you could take a lateral flow test before attending the Options Evening and do not attend if you are feeling unwell. Face coverings must be worn during the evening to keep our school community safe. We will also have windows and doors open so please dress warmly enough.
We will be providing refreshments during the evening, please sanitise hands and queue with plenty of space between households.
For directions to Dallam, travel to Milnthorpe, then at the crossroads in Milnthorpe, take the B6384 and travel eastwards. At the roundabout take the first exit which will take you up the driveway to the school. Using the what3words app, enter location: lamp.stores.birthing. If the main car park is full, you will be directed to an overflow car park. Please be considerate to our neighbours when parking off the school site.
